2. Provide your Order ID and submit the unboxing video.

3. Our team will review the video and confirm if your return is eligible.

4. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after the product is received and verified according to the unboxing video.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of verification and approval.

Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Products without an unboxing video.

Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or mishandling.

Items returned after the 7-day return window.

5. Important Notes

Keep the product in its original packaging until the return process is completed.

Make sure your unboxing video clearly shows the condition of the product and packaging.

Requests without a video will not be entertained.

All return, refund, and dispute requests must be submitted online. Offline requests will not be entertained.

Any attempt to manipulate or falsify unboxing videos will be considered fraudulent and may lead to denial of refund and legal action.
